YIN + SOUND HEALING
Service Description
Join Dana and Kelly for a magical evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing. Kelly will guide you through a series of relaxing poses to allow your body and mind to soften. In this relaxed state, Dana will be blessing us with her magical sound healing technique using gongs and bowls. Bring your own pillow(s) and blanket(s) for added comfort in the poses and during the sound bath.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel up to 3 hours prior to class start to receive a reschedule for your visit. Failure to cancel within the 3 hour cancellation period will result in a non refundable visit and considered a no show. If you are on a monthly membership there will be a $5 penalty fee per no show. We are limited to the amount of students per class so please be considerate to allow others to sign up if you are unable to make it.
