EVRYcovery POLICIES + LIABILITY WAIVER

WHAT TO KNOW – EVRYcovery Sauna + Cold Plunge Sessions

  • All guests must complete a liability waiver before attending their first sauna or cold plunge session.

  • Sessions are held in our clean, well-ventilated EVRYcovery space, just steps from the refreshing Hilo Bay breeze. 

  • If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or illness symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session until you are feeling better. Let’s work together to keep our recovery community well and thriving.

  • Hand sanitizer is available upon entry, and handwashing is encouraged in the restroom prior to your session.

  • Please bring your own towel. For cold plunge sessions, we also recommend wearing comfortable, water-friendly attire.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY​​

 

Please cancel up to 3 hours prior to session start to receive a reschedule for your visit. Failure to cancel within the 3 hour cancellation period will result in a non refundable visit and considered a no show. If you are on a monthly membership there will be a $5 penalty fee per no show. We are limited to the amount of time slots so please be considerate to allow others to sign up if you are unable to make it.​

Please email evryfitness@gmail.com in the subject line "ATTN: Cancel my visit" so we may get back to you in a timely manner.

 

By checking the box "I agree to the studio policies" you are agreeing to the following:

  • Sessions are non-refunandable.

  • New Student unlimited weekly plans are for one person and a one time use.

  • You may RESCHEDULE up to 3 hours prior to session time starting for the same format (i.e. Barre can be rescheduled for a future Barre class) - this function can be performed by logging in to your account, going to your bookings and clicking reschedule. 

  • If you need to reschedule and prefer to use your credit towards a different session of the same value please email evryfitness@gmail.com to request. Please include the session type and time. Once your request is approved you will be rescheduled and notified with an email. This request must be submitted at least 3 hours prior to session starting for the original session you were signed up for.

  • *NO SHOWS will not be refunded.

  • A no show is no notification within 3 hours prior to class starting and not showing up to a session you are signed up for. Notification must be done 3 hours prior to session time starting in order to give those on the waitlist an adequate amount of time to prepare to come to session.

  • Session passes will not be returned to your account in the case of a no show.

  • Monthly memberships will incur a $5 penalty fee for a no show.

  • Choose to opt in for reminders when signing up for session to ensure you are aware that you are booked for an upcoming session.

  • If you are on the waitlist, you have not been charged. Once you are moved to a session time from the waitlist you will be invoiced for a drop in. If you are on session passes or membership this will be taken from your account. If you are choosing a drop in method please contact us to pay for your session.

  • If you are on the waitlist and have been notified of a spot opening up but are unable to secure your spot online, please contact us to allow us to resolve this.

  • Unfortunately our POS system does not always register cancellations once a session is booked out. We will always do our best to get you signed up for your desired session time when on the waitlist. Do not hesitate to reach out so we can help.

  • Due to limited capacity we ask that you follow studio policies so that we can better serve the collective.
