WHAT TO KNOW – EVRYcovery Sauna + Cold Plunge Sessions

All guests must complete a liability waiver before attending their first sauna or cold plunge session.

Sessions are held at our studio location, feel free to reach out if you need help finding us!

If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or illness symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session until you are feeling better. Let’s work together to keep our community well and thriving.

Hand sanitizer is available upon entry, and hand washing is encouraged in the restroom prior to your session.

Please bring your own towel. For cold plunge sessions, we also recommend wearing comfortable, water-friendly attire.
Sauna & Cold Plunge Service Policy
Welcome to our sauna and cold plunge experience! To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies.
Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

If you are requesting an appointment less than 12 hours before the desired time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, once your booking is confirmed, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee or may result in forfeiture of the session.
Sanitation & Cleanliness
We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all guests:

Our sauna is disinfected after every use to ensure a hygienic experience.

Our cold plunge is maintained regularly with proper filtration and spa treatments to uphold sanitary conditions.
Preparation & Requirements
To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, all guests must adhere to the following:

Hygiene: Please arrive free of any body or hair products, including lotions, oils, perfumes, deodorants, and hair treatments. These products can affect water and sauna cleanliness.

Hydration: It is essential to arrive well-hydrated. We encourage drinking water before and after your session.

Clothing & Towels: Guests must bring a towel and wear appropriate swimwear or light, breathable attire suitable for sauna and cold plunge use.
