Service Description

Infrared red light heated room: total body strength and conditioning using resistance bands, dumbbells, and various props. Weaving in yoga postures that promote stamina and stability.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel up to 3 hours prior to class start to receive a reschedule for your visit. Failure to cancel within the 3 hour cancellation period will result in a non refundable visit and considered a no show. If you are on a monthly membership there will be a $5 penalty fee per no show. We are limited to the amount of students per class so please be considerate to allow others to sign up if you are unable to make it.
