Sauna & Cold Plunge Service Policy Welcome to our sauna and cold plunge experience! To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies. Booking & Confirmation Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee or may result in forfeiture of the session. Preparation & Requirements To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, all guests must adhere to the following: Hygiene: Please arrive free of any body or hair products, including lotions, oils, perfumes, deodorants, and hair treatments. These products can affect water and sauna cleanliness. Hydration: It is essential to arrive well-hydrated. We encourage drinking water before and after your session. Clothing & Towels: Guests must bring a towel and wear appropriate swimwear or light, breathable attire suitable for sauna and cold plunge use. General Guidelines Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your doctor before using our sauna and cold plunge services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
