BUTI YOGA

All Buti formats incorporate spiral structure technique® used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. Primal movement, cardio dance + conditioning are seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an ALL-IN-ONE workout that helps you transform your BODY + SOUL. The Bonus?  You'll burn 600-1000 calories per class doing it.

HOT BUTI

With the studio room gently heated to approximately 85-95 degrees, Hot Buti focuses solely on burning out the muscles in each asana. While plyometrics and cardio are removed, tribal and primal movements are incorporated in the flows. This class is a great option for beginners as it is slower paced and low impact. Allow this heated class to help warm you up without distracting you from the magic of Buti!

VINYASA FLOW // YOGA FLOW

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

BURN

Burn is a heated Vinyasa class. The room is heated to 95 degrees as you ease into your practice. Creative sequencing paired with strength and mobility movements will create a well balanced 60 minute class. We never skip savasana in Burn, giving our bodies the well deserved rest that it needs post class.

BARRE

Barre blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts. Designed for wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.

SCULPT // YOGA SCULPT

Sculpt is an anaerobic, muscle-toning class & total body workout. Most sculpting classes use hand weights, resistance bands, or other equipment to enhance your workout. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. Get ready for a pumped up playlist & high energy!

HOT PILATES

A dynamic and intense fusion of traditional Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) elements. This workout aims to strengthen and tone muscles while incorporating low impact cardio exercises to enhance overall fitness. With a focus on controlled movements and precise form, Hot Pilates offers a challenging and effective full body workout that can boost strength, flexibility, and endurance.

WARM RECOVERY

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience with our lightly infrared heated recovery class. Seamlessly blending restorative yoga and stretches tailored for athletes. Designed to recover the physical body, this session nurtures both the mind and nervous system, promoting holistic well-being. Join us for a soothing journey of recovery and relaxation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

PRENATAL YOGA

This specialized format is designed to support expectant mothers through their pregnancy journey as well as postpartum mothers. Focused on promoting physical and mental well-being, prenatal yoga incorporates gentle stretches, safe breathing exercises, stability and strengthening, and relaxation techniques to support the unique needs of pre/postnatal women. This class/series aims to enhance flexibility + strength, reduce stress, and foster a connection between mama and her growing baby. Providing a nurturing space for both physical and emotional preparation for childbirth and all things motherhood.

RESTORATTIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Utilizing props such as blocks & straps to assist in poses that help bring us back into homeostasis.
